I took a bold leap of faith and decided to go with the traditional holiday meal...ham, dressing, dumplings, peas, etc...(Side note: I've never cooked dressing so I called in Nannie's recipe help -- we are picky about our dressing and she is the only one who makes it like we eat it -- PLAIN!) Needless to say, Carsyn and I spent most of the day getting everything ready for the evening. She decided that this would be a good day to not take a nap except for one long enough for me to mix up the cornbread. BUT, we got it done :) All of it :) And, if I can say so myself...it was all pretty good! I was so proud of my dressing!!! It turned out JUST. LIKE. NANNIE'S!!!
One of our gym moms had to Zizi about a really easy treat to make...Golden Grahams in white chocolate. Oh. My. Goodness. Sounds way too easy to be sooo good! I thought I was going to make myself sick on that stuff!

By the way...Thank you, Aunt Casey for my absolutely adorable little red suit!!!

Carsyn loved the boxes!
She got her very own suitcase!!!
This was one of the most fun parts of the night! Grace got to feed Carsyn :)
Above, I mentioned that Carsyn didn't sleep all day, remember?
Off to sleep for Santa to come :)
