Carsyn got her first boo boo today...a busted lip. According to Zizi, she got carried away with crawling and must have lip-dove into the floor.

But I cannot HELP that the smell reminds me of canned dog food,
So, we will opt for this :) At my house at least...
It smells normal. And smell is kinda important to me.

HUGE NEWS!!! We are sleeping all night long! I know! About time! Right!! What's our trick? A cup of this
And 10 pm bedtime. Totally weird. I know. But, whatever works, right? Right. Especially when you haven't slept for more than four hours in almost a year.
Furthermore, not only is she sleeping all night...she weaned herself, stopped taking a bottle AND started sleeping all night all at the same time. Easy enough for me :)

Pushing and steering a buggy with one arm while holding a sleeping baby on the other shoulder is quite a work out.
For both arms.
Try it.
Push ups are definitely easier. Just sayin'.

Carsyn kept this awesome headband in her head all morning on Sunday! Quite an accomplishment...
She did not, however, keep her diaper on for any length of time when I decided to be the sweet mama and let her go with no clothes for a while. All babies love that, right?!
We were very kindly putting a new toy together when we looked down to find this....
After putting said diaper back on, I turned back around to find this...

She has finally learned that a cup is not such a bad thing. Maybe eventually, the size and shape of the cup and spout won't be SUCH a big deal!!! I can't figure where she got her pickiness from! Certainly not me. I'm sure of that. Positive.

Carsyn and Grace are both enjoying Zizi this summer! You should see Carsyn's face light up when she sees Grace! It's priceless!! :)

Have I mentioned that C LOVES some water? Loves it. No reservations whatsoever...pool, beach, sprinklers, tub, doesn't matter...
Every day I make a huge list of things that I AM GOING TO DO after Carsyn goes to sleep (at her 10:00 bedtime). Things like "get the weeks worth of mail out of the front seat of your car and go through it" and every night, I find myself right here in the bed instead of doing those things...I need to do better. Really.
