Flippin' in Mobile

We had a busy weekend with the Planet Beach Gymnastics Meet this past weekend. Mama and I traveled down early Friday and the men in our lives (very gracious ones, I might add) came down later that afternoon with baby in tow :) Yep, my daddy driving and David in the back seat with the baby! They brought her so I didn't have to be far from her. They kept her all weekend while we were in sessions and we all got to spend some time together during the free time. Lots of good food and a little shopping :) The Hot Now Krispy Kreme Donut was probably one of the highlights of the weekend! Man, I love those things!!!

All of our gymnasts did an AWESOME job this weekend! We have had some hard little workers over the last few weeks and it definitely paid off this weekend!

Kathryn, our Level 6, was a little trooper even though she didn't feel well. She had a beautiful beam routine and scored an 8.75!

Mallory and Becca, our Level 5s, had their best meet yet! We are so proud of them! And we're pretty sure that they were proud of themselves too :) Mallory placed 4th on bars with a bar routine that just hasn't been her friend for a while!!! She's conquered it!!! That's always rewarding :)

Our Level 4s all had a successful meet, too. Anna Blake set a new record for Greenville Gymnastics! She scored a 9.775 with an amazing vault!!! And, I must mention that Mary Avery did her round off back handspring.....all by herself!!!

And, the Level 3s! What can I say?!?! They are just SO. MUCH. FUN. They have all had great meets all year. This one was another in the bag. Sydney placed 3rd All-around and got her one of those trophies to put in her room! (Or tote around everywhere she goes...I'm not sure??) I don't think you could have pryed it from her Sunday! And, Anna placed 1st on Floor!!! Way to go girls!

Level 3s...after awards :) They really racked up! (Notice Sydney and the very closely-held trophy :))

And...because I can't help myself:

Carsyn did SO GOOD all weekend! The BIGGEST highlight of the weekend is that Carsyn is becoming FRIENDS with the car seat!!! Yay!!! This makes mama REALLY happy! No more scream until I make myself sick rides. I don't know what changed. All I can figure is that all of that praying is working! Trust me, I have been doing A LOT of it! And Nannie has been on it too :) There ain't NOBODY that can pray like that woman! So, I'm giving credit where credit is due! Thank! You! Jesus!

Oh...and, my first sewing project :) It's not complete. It still needs wheels, but I'm so excited about it! This one is for Tyler. Carsyn's is in the making :) We are going to the Pumpkin Patch Saturday so they will get to sport them then! I can't wait!
