It's Summertime! Time for Swimming!

We started the summer out right with some swimming lessons from our favorite, Mrs. Greta! The first day of lessons, I was traveling back from Orlando so Pop Pop and Ashley got her to lessons. Carsyn was evidently a little nervous. Well, actually, Ashley just didn't want to make her mad so Carsyn got her way and didn't do much more than jump off the diving board :) Right...she wouldn't swim but she wanted to jump off the diving board. Makes perfect sense, right? I took her the next day and threw her out in the water when it was her turn. She started smiling and we were all good from there...even on the other day that Ashley took her :)

The child is fearless. On Friday, when she had gotten REALLY comfortable, I nearly had a heart attack several times when she sailed off the side in the deep end when it wasn't her turn and nobody was watching her (no floaties here). With swimming lessons plus Nannie and Papa's pool every day, she's turned into a little fish! She was almost swimming by herself last year and she just seemed to pick up right where she left off!

Here is the most fun! She decided just the other day that she would dive like Gracie is learning to do! Had NO idea that she was actually going to do it!!!!
