Christmas Day!

Fortunately, Carsyn was give slam out by the time we finished Christmas on Christmas Eve! It didn't take but a minute to get her to sleep so the jolly ole' Saint Nick could come!

Of course, of all mornings, she slept until 7:30! I have never in my life slept that late on Christmas morning...but I surely didn't mind the extra hours!

Santa leaves a playhouse and what does Carsyn go for??

The colored pencils in her stocking...

and the little zebra that came with it...

Then she proceeded to take the Lala Loopsy doll out of the tire swing, throw her in the house and slam the door. And look at us like we were crazy if we even thought she might go in there!

After some coaxing, we talked her into it.

A new write-write! Oh, how the simple things make them sooo happy!!!

New pj's!!

And she found her favorite part...the door bell :)

And another way out...

This was David's biggest worry about getting the house.

After opening all of our gifts, we headed out to Zizi's! As always, they were all waiting on us because, for some reason, we are ALWAYS the last ones there!

But, we made it...in all of our style!

Pajamas is a rule at mama and daddy's...

Yay! A four-wheeler! She loves this thing! I have to hide it outside while it's so cold so she can't see it if she looks out the windows or doors or she will have a fit for it!

On to Nannie's...I don't get to get many pictures here because it is so busy with 35 plus people!!!

Nannie with her brothers and sisters :)

Sweet picture of ZiZi and Carsyn :)

Last but not least, Christmas at the Smiths...

I think Carsyn opened this one gift at least 4 times.

Yummy red velvet cake! Who cares about presents!!

(So glad we don't have to have pictures with the pappy anymore!!! More on that in the next post)

We asked our husbands to take a picture of the sisters-in-law. That was mistake number one.

Seriously...they did ok...

The Smith girls and the children

Plus Cindy

Can you see the sleepiness??

And the boys...

Whew...and that was Christmas for us!!! So much family time! So much fun!
