Carsyn was pretty determined that this is how she was going to church Sunday morning. I tried to talk her into something that wasn't long sleeve as it was 90 degrees outside! Her solution for that problem was the hat. You see, I told her last Saturday that if she would wear one of her hats while we were at the beach, it would help keep the sun out of her face and keep her cool. (Real reason was to keep from getting sunburned on the head, of course). So...when I said she might want to wear something cooler, her eyes lit up and she told me that she would just go get her hat :) God love her. I sure do!
Her vocabulary has sky-rocketed over the last two weeks or so! It's amazing. And SO, SO sweet! To hear her say things out of the blue like, "Tanks, mommy!" and "Pop-tick, pease!" and "Lub U!" and "Mommy tiss boo-boo" just melts my heart into a pure gooshy mess!
She LOVES the little trampoline up at ZiZi's and we have to walk up there every afternoon that we are at home, so we bit the bullet and got her an early birthday present! She was one happy little girl!
I think the funniest thing is that when she watches this video, she just cracks up laughing at herself :)
