10 Months

Very random...but, just for the records...

We FINALLY hit 16 pounds!

She will throw anything up to (way behind) her ear and say, "Ahh." I assume that either means "hey" or "hello."

She brought mommy the green block the other night :)

Last night, I put a 9 month onesie on her...it's huge! I guess she isn't used to having something so big on. She kept tugging and pulling and trying to get it over her head until I just decided to unbutton it to see what she would do. She got it off. Of course David and I were laughing the whole time so she was really putting on a show for us and cackling the whole time. It was hilarious!

I measured her foot against the foot imprint that the nurses put on her little bear when she was born. 10 months later, her foot is about her big toe longer than it was at birth...which is about....oh....a centimeter (maybe). So, we are still in 0-3 month shoes. But we have to be very particular about the shape of the shoe as we need it to go over the "fatness" of her foot. It has gotten fatter :) Just not hardly any longer...

We still only get a random full night's sleep. Random as in 3 nights in 10 months.

I have found ONE cup that she will drink out of. No juice...she just wants Crystal Light Lemonade diluted. I send her cup with her to her various places of stay and she makes everybody think that I am lying about the fact that she WILL drink out of the cup. She almost absolutely refuses it for anybody else. Crazy.
We had pictures made on the beach this last weekend and we sat her at the edge for one of the last pictures thinking the water might come up to her toes and go back down. It kept coming and coming and coming...I was right there to get her. It almost knocked her over. But it didn't bother her one bit! She falls and bumps her head all the time and it never phases her. Pop Pop says that's because she is like her mama...hard headed. Hey...at least she is following suit.

She's a silly little girl.

Full of life.

Full of laughter (now that she feels better :)).

She makes my day. Every day. All day.

She is such a blessing!
